NUYU, LLC REFUND POLICY
Thank you for choosing NUYU Juice Bar for your vegan café and juice bar needs! We strive to provide the best customer satisfaction possible. In the event that you encounter any issues with your order, please review our refund policy below.
I. Food Order Errors
If you receive food that is different from your receipt, please notify us and provide photo proof immediately. We will either remake the item promptly or refund the difference to your credit card, provide a cash refund, or issue a store credit if you’ve already left the premises. Please return the food order in the original container(s) to the juice specialist on staff.
II. Food Order Incomplete
If any food items are missing from your order, please let us know immediately. We will either make the item promptly or refund the amount to your credit card, provide a cash refund, or issue a store credit if you’ve already left the premises.
III. Food Dissatisfaction
We take great pride in using the finest and freshest ingredients to prepare our dishes. If you receive unsatisfactory food, we kindly request you to contact us immediately. To address the issue, we will require the food to be returned in the original container(s) so that we can investigate the matter thoroughly. We will promptly prepare a new food order for you. Alternatively, if you prefer not to receive a new dish, we may offer the following options: refunding the original amount to your credit card, providing a cash refund, or issuing a store credit. The final decision will be made at the discretion of the person-in-charge on duty. Please note that this policy does not apply to heavily customized juices, smoothies, smoothie bases, or shots that have been modified by the customer.
IV. Out of Stock Items
In the rare event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will make every effort to inform you promptly. You will have the option to replace the item with an alternative or receive a refund for the unavailable item. If you choose a refund, it will be processed to your credit card, as a cash refund, or as a store credit.
V. third party delivery errors, incomplete orders, or dissatisfaction
In the event of an error, incomplete order, or dissatisfaction with an item ordered through a third-party app such as DoorDash or UberEats, please inform us immediately if you would like us to remake the item for pickup. If you prefer a refund, please submit a request through the respective third-party app used for ordering.
General Guidelines
Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 4 hours of the purchase.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed.
Please note that several of our items are served frozen, and we cannot be held liable for melted items that have not been consumed immediately.
