NUYU Juice Bar Juice Subscription Terms and Conditions

1. Subscription Overview

By subscribing to NUYU Juice Bar’s juice subscription service (“Service”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement is between you (“Subscriber”) and NUYU Juice Bar (“NUYU” or “We”).

2. Subscription Options

  • Frequency: Subscriptions are available on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.

  • Minimum Order: A minimum of six (6) juices is required per subscription order.

  • Customization: Subscribers can choose from pre-configured packs (Cleanse Pack, Green Pack, Energize Pack) or build their own custom pack.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment Collection: Payments will be processed prior to the first delivery. A representative will contact you to securely collect payment information.

  • Recurring Payments: Subscriptions are auto-renewed based on the selected frequency unless canceled or paused by the Subscriber.

  • Discounts: A 10% discount applies to pick-up subscriptions.

4. Delivery and Pick-Up

  • Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made on Mondays between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

  • Delivery Address: Subscribers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Juices must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery.

  • Pick-Up Option: Subscribers opting for pick-up can collect their orders from NUYU Juice Bar, 2209 W Nob Hill Blvd., Yakima, WA 98908, during regular business hours.

  • Missed Deliveries: NUYU is not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or lack of access. No refunds will be issued for missed deliveries.

5. Subscription Management

  • Pausing or Canceling: Subscriptions can be paused or canceled at any time by:

    • Clicking the “Manage Subscription” link in your confirmation email.

    • Contacting NUYU Juice Bar directly via phone or email.

  • Modification Requests: Changes to juice selections or delivery addresses must be made at least 48 hours prior to the next scheduled delivery.

6. Refunds and Returns

  • Non-Refundable: Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided for delivered orders.

  • Quality Guarantee: If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution.

7. Subscriber Responsibilities

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or provide secure instructions for drop-off.

  • Store juices immediately in a refrigerator upon receipt to maintain freshness and safety.

  • Notify NUYU of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order.

8. Service Limitations

  • NUYU reserves the right to modify or discontinue the subscription service at any time with prior notice.

  • Availability of certain juice flavors or packs may vary based on seasonality and supply.

9. Privacy Policy

Subscriber information is collected solely for processing subscriptions and deliveries. We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without consent.
